Dr. Aziz completed his orthopedic surgery residency in Riverside, CA. Upon finishing his residency, he and his family moved to Birmingham to complete an AO spine surgery fellowship at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Falling in love with the Southeast, he and his family chose to put down roots and raise their family here in Birmingham. He is well trained to treat spinal pathology from the base of the skull down to the pelvis.
